Hammy problems continue

I thought I would start the treadmill workout off with a walk. I was hoping it would make my hammy feel better. I did run slowly after the walk warm-up, but still not feeling great. Good thing I have A.R.T tomorrow. Hope to feel better soon

Another beautiful morning here in Seattle. Is it winter or spring? The run was beautiful along the waterfront. My hammy was bugging me this morning, so my time isn’t that great. All said I finished with a hill and strong.
